You can still access your account through the Hyak billing portal. After we transition to the Core Fiber brand, the portal URL will change but your login will remain the same and we’ll forward the outgoing portal to the new one in case you have it bookmarked.
No. All of your billing info, dates, and account information will stay the same.
Hyak joined Core Fiber Partners, a group of regional internet providers, in 2023 to fund our fiber internet construction throughout Florence, Mapleton, and Dunes City. This year (2026) we and our partners decided to join forces under one brand – Core Fiber.
Yes! Our Florence office is still open and our local staff is still here – that will not change.
